How To Access Your Product(s)...

Hi again,

You should have a welcome email waiting for you in your inbox. That email will have instructions on how to access the purchases you have made.

If you don’t receive the email within the next 15 minutes, please make sure to check the spam folder, too. It is also a very good idea to white-list support@nano.fyi and add it to your address book.

After you receive the email please wait for another 10 minutes or so before visiting the Portal because the systems seem to be a bit slow today and your access might not be ready immediately after you receive the email.

You will also receive an invoice by email for each purchase you made. That email will be from TransformX, so keep an eye open for it... OK?
